WHO WE ARE
Tangible Properties is led by company president and principal, Mark J. Weisman, AIA. With over thirty years of practice in design, management and administration of public and private projects, Mr. Weisman has experience with commercial, municipal, and residential projects, including landmark historic preservation work throughout the country. Mark is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a licensed architect in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, and Vermont, and a member of The American Institute of Architects.
John P. Garoyan, Senior Project Manager, has over thirty years of experience in commercial and residential development and construction. A graduate of Central Connecticut State University a Boston Architectural Center candidate, John is an experienced project developer, business manager, project manager, construction supervisor, buyer, and estimator.

WHY TANGIBLE PROPERTIES
At Tangible Properties we recognize that the construction industry has become so complex and specialized that there is no such thing as one stop shopping. The project team can easily require multiple consultants, contractors and service providers. All of these parties demand vigilant management, administration, and coordination.
